WHO WE ARE

The Refinery Lab Is a MIAMI based Medical cosmetic studio located in Downtown Miami. We have gotten beauty down to a science. We have taken the psychology and biology of beauty and combined it the the skill of refinery to make changes that leaves our clients with natural and beautiful results. We Offer medical cosmetic services and train licensed practitioners to preform these services as well. After 5 years of amazing growth we are ready to add 3 junior associates to our team.

WHO YOU WILL BE REPORTING TO
You will be working directly with our founder; a senior level medical esthetics practitioner and university professor, internationally trained in cosmetic medical services with a masters in Nursing and licensed with the Florida Department of Health. She has been in the aesthetics field for 12 years, beginning her career as a makeup artist for a high-end makeup company in New York City.

Interns with impeccable sense of style and an amazing can do attitude that inspires you to roll up your sleeves and get things done. This must all be over shadowed by Executive level competence and organizational skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Beauty Business Operations Internship

• Helping establish new business systems / led improvement projects.

• Gaining understanding of small-business / start-up operations.

• Conducting quality control.

• Tracking inventory and supplies.

• Proposing and running with improvement projects.

• Interacting with external vendors.

• Creating reports.

• Helping to coordinate an event.

• Strategizing ongoing customer-success initiatives.

• Conducting administrative and office-management tasks.

• Ordering class and studio supplies

• Researching industry trends

• Managing press relations

• Managing SM platforms

• Researching social trends

Compensation

This is an UNPAID student internship, we offer a $200 monthly stipend for hours worked.

Hours

Fridays 10am-6:30pm, 1 Saturday Monthly
