BeautyAdvisor is seeking extraordinary people to transform the beauty and cosmetics industry. With a new office opening in Las Vegas, we are revolutionizing the way people discover new looks and products, get beauty advice and connect with experts.

We are looking for a few talented Interns who are looking to build their business experience within the beauty world, and who’s majors are business, communications, or marketing. This will be a 15-25 hour/week, 3+ month internship with a tremendous opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

As an Intern at BeautyAdvisor, you may be responsible for:

- Assisting in the creation of email campaigns to experts using a variety of marketing tools

-Helping grow different aspects of our social media accounts

- Seeking and analyzing competitor sales and marketing materials both on and offline

- Helping manage our customer communication platform and replying to client questions

- Tracking and analyzing the success of various marketing activities

- Proactively reaching out to industry experts and influencers to become involved with our platform

-Communicating the benefits of being part of BeautyAdvisor with professionals over the phone

-Helping build BeautyAdvisor’s advice forums

- Tracking beauty-related websites and online publications, expressing what’s currently trending in the beauty industry

- Updating content on our website, including adding beauty descriptions and moderating photos/videos

-Using various social media tools to increase follower growth and exposure

-Vetting potential advertisers to see if they’re a good fit for our Featured Pro program

We have a small, highly ambitious team, and are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Be social media savvy (and yes, this includes Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat!)

- Someone who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A go-getter who isn’t afraid to reach out to professionals in the beauty & aesthetics industry

- An individual who displays great attention to detail and has an artistic eye

- A reliable individual who sticks to deadlines and is highly organized

- A creative personality-type that loves to develop new marketing ideas

-Available during weekdays for this internship
