Your role at Sephora:
As the Intern for Brand Education Programs & Design Team, you will be an integral part of the team as we overhaul our Brand Portal & the user experience of said site. Reporting to the Brand Education Program & Design Manager, you would also be responsible for executing key administrative tasks that include building the navigation for the Brand Portal, determining automated solutions to document updates, implementing tools like Brand Contact List & other tasks that support the overall Brand support ecosystem. In addition, you will be able to:
• Be proficient & experienced in UX design
• Have proficiency in web design & experience with SquareSpace
• Effectively collaborate and work with cross-functional Education teams to gather feedback, and deliver a comprehensive plan for each deliverable
• Communicate regular updates to all project stakeholders and present proposals for alignment
• Anticipate shifts or new priorities and adjust with ease
• Operate with a clear understanding of when to act independently and when to escalate for others’
involvement
• Coordinate team meetings and webinars which includes recording meeting notes and follow-up
on action items
• Facilitate project meetings; document and communicate decisions, next steps and action items

Time Commitment:
Hours: 32-40 (expected to be physically in the office 4-5 days every week during standard business hours)
