NatureLab Tokyo is seeking a creative, driven, curious, and results-oriented intern who aspires to a career in international business. You will engage with and contribute to the US growth of an explosively disruptive global leader in the consumer health and beauty space. This position is for an original thinker who is organized, detail-oriented and a fast learner. The timid need not apply.

We are a Japanese health & beauty company creating uniquely effective, clean, natural, affordable, and cruelty-free haircare products powered by advanced botanical stem cell technology - you may have seen us in places like ULTA, Urban Outfitters, Riley Rose, and of course Amazon!

Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with Department managers and develop familiarity with strategies, tactics, and operations associated with a global health and beauty products leader
- Assist in execution of initiatives in areas of marketing, social media, and operations
- Apply past experience and knowledge obtained in classroom settings to development of real world solutions in fast moving, multinational business environment
- Research competition and market trends to develop actionable business intelligence

Requirements: 
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at some college/university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Keynote, and Google Docs
- Have a personal laptop and cellphone
- Able to commute to Culver City
- Strong creative thinker; intellectually curious and willing to accept responsibility
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail & deadline-oriented
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work remotely when needed and be a self-starter

- Knowledge or familiarity with the beauty industry a plus.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese and/or Spanish also a big plus.
