Mira, the first search engine and social shopping platform for beauty, is looking for two talented brand and performance marketing interns to support the overall functions of the marketing team. This role has a front-row seat to the intersection of beauty and tech within a fast-growing, innovative startup. Our ideal candidate is a student in a related college program who is passionate about beauty, marketing and communications.

Brand Marketing Intern

• Maintain and update media lists: press, influencers, MUAs

• Build out lists by identifying other KOLs in the beauty space

• Identify beauty trends and add to Marketing Resources on Notion on an ongoing basis

• Propose social media calendar and content for Tiktok, IG, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook (we'll create a Buffer so we can validate before it goes live!)

• Maintain and organize all brand assets in central resource library

• Maintain visibility into pop culture and current events to utilize in our editorial efforts

• Activate campus ambassadorship program at your university

Performance Marketing Intern

• Track performance of ads and propose creative and targeting optimization

• Support development, optimization and measurement of email campaigns

• Support the development, management and measurement of growth programs

• Manage gift pipeline: Identify, select, purchase, and ship user gifts

• Support SEO partners and activations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Available to come in 2-3 days/week

• Experience driving projects or research from start to finish and working autonomously

• Entrepreneurial, flexible, and eager to learn

• Great team player and communicator
