Beautini is a boutique company that was founded by women, for women! Our mission is to provide our stylists with better opportunities and our clients with better beauty services on the most important day of their life! We are dedicated to ensuring our client’s experience with Beautini is seamless and positive. As a Social Media Intern, you will be an integral part of our team and work closely with our Social Media Manager.

We are looking for a college student who possesses a high level of organization, creativity, can proactively anticipate the team’s needs, and lay down the foundation for successful business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to social media projects, monitoring and posting on social networks, engaging in online forums, participating in online outreach and promotion, and analyzing social media performance metrics. If you are a Rockstar who is looking for a start-up environment who has pristine attention to detail and who can roll up their sleeves when needed while having a smile on your face, we are looking for you!

This position would incorporate a combination of remote work as well as occasional in-office participation at our Manhattan office on 5th Avenue.

Responsibilities: 

  • Creating disruptive and effective growth strategies

  • Measuring and reporting performance of all past digital marketing campaigns and design new marketing schemes accordingly

  • Assessing the competitive landscape and making strategic recommendations

  • Assist with administrative and day to day aspects in the office

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma and currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or are a recent grad

  • Have some experience in customer service and enjoy forming connections

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
