As a Corporate Marketing intern you may have the opportunity to work in one of many areas within the focus ranging from our many brands to our corporate function. You will build your marketing acumen through digital, product marketing, or consumer insight projects. As an intern, you will also gain a holistic view of the organization through networking, professional development, and interacting with different areas of the business

Selected candidates can expect:

• Ownership of projects instrumental to respective function and team

• Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the Company

• Mentorship by seasoned HR and business executives

• Partnerships with other departments within the Company to gain a greater understanding of various roles in the business

Marketing roles may fall within one of the categories outlined below and will vary according to business need:

• Corporate Marketing

• Consumer Insights, Customer Relationship Marketing, Digital Consumer Engagement, Marketing Analytics

Qualifications

Desired Skillsets:

• Strong interest in your chosen functional area

• Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for luxury goods and the beauty industry

• Prior internship experience working in a fast paced corporate environment

Desired Majors:

• Business Marketing

• Digital Marketing

• Consumer Analytics

Program Qualifications:

• Qualifiedcandidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2020)and on track to graduate in May 2021
